  15. licensed to use this DataSpot Software for evaluation purposes without
  16. charge for a period of 60 days.  If after the expiration of this
  17. evaluation copy you would like to continue using DataSpot, then you must
  18. purchase the licensed version.

  20. Under no circumstances are you licensed to distribute files created by
  21. the evaluation version of DataSpot.

  23. All the terms, disclaimers and limitations of the Licensed Version apply
  24. also to the Evaluation version.

  29. Software.  You cannot give anyone else permission to modify the DataSpot

  34. documentation via electronic or any other means without prior written
  35. permission from DTL Data Technologies Ltd.

  40. without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other
  41. warranties whether expressed or implied.  No warranty of fitness for a
  42. particular purpose is offered.  The entire risk as to the quality and
  43. performance of the Software is borne by you.  Should the Software prove
  44. defective in any respect, you and not DTL or its suppliers assume the
  45. entire cost of any service and repair.  This disclaimer of warranty
  46. constitutes an essential part of the agreement.  No use of the Software
  47. is authorized hereunder except under this Disclaimer.
